صباح الخير💚 طول عمري مختلفة من وجهة نظر الناس 💚 جوايا أنا عادي مش شايفة إختلاف لكن الناس لأسباب كتير عينهم بتلقط الاختلاف بسهولة ورد الفعل يا إيجابي يا سلبي الأغلب الأعم سلبي ندي مثال ...#صوتي طول عمري صوتي مختلف عن كل اللي في بيئتي المحيطة فيه بحة شديدة #التنمر كانوا بيشوفوه خفة دم فكنت ممكن أقول صباح الخير والمفروض الإجابة تكون صباح النور كانت تبقى الإجابة من عينة ** ايه كنتي بتغني في فرح ناس طرش **ايه أنت واكلة قلقاس على الصبح **بنات كيوت لطيفة تتخض وتبصلك نظرة رعب واستغراب غير مبررين يعني دة حتى صوتي واطي يعني **متتكلميش شكلك تعبان **أو حد يقلد صوتي ظنا منه إن دي خفة دم #ردود_أفعال_لطيفة_زي مالك الف سلامة خير ودي متكررة وفيه ناس لطيفة كتير أو صوتك مميز وحلو جامد ودي نادرة تقريبا اتنين في حياتي قالولها لي #المهم النتايج عليا أنا إيه ؟! #نفترض إني طالبة مجتهدة مميزة بعرف أتكلم حلو ويختارني مدرس جميل عشان أقول الإذاعة دايما وبعدها مدرس غيره ينحيني بس بسبب صوتي #نفترض إني داخلة الجامعة مشرقة متفائلة عاوزة أعيش وأنجح وأنا شخص حساس فلما يبدأ اليوم بالتعليقات دي إنتاجيتي بتقل وإقبالي على المذاكرة والتحصيل بيهدى #نفترض إني عاوزة أتكلم وسط المدرج وأتناقش لأني شاطرة وعندي رؤية فلما كل المدرج يبصلي فجأة باستغراب أول ما أتكلم فأتوتر وافكاري تهرب ومتطلعش منظمة. #نفترض إني لما بقيت آنسة في سن زواج كان التعليق ييجي على النقطة دي بشكل فج فيخليني مترددة في فكرة مقابلة الناس وثقتي بنفسي تقل #نفترض إني بعمل ماجستير في كلية محترمة والعميدة كانت مشرفة عليا وجيت أعمل presentation فقالت لي اسكتي بضبحتك دي مزعجة جدا فاقفل من الماجستير كله ومكملوش الافتراضات كتير ومش هتخلص ونتايجها أكتر وعلى قد ما الموضوع يبان بسيط عندي بس آثاره جمه رهيبة مخيفة ممكن نتكلم فيها بعدين #القصد فيه كم مختلف شبهي لعلة أو لمرض أو لحادث أو لظرف اجتماعي أو ظرف نفسي أو أو أو إلى ما لا نهاية كم واحد اتأذى بس متأثرش وكمل ونجح فعاوزينه يحكي لنا ويكون نبراس لينا كم واحد اتأذى ولسة بيعاني فعاوزين نحاوطه ونساعده كم واحد عاوز ياخد فرصة كم واحد عاوز بس يعبر عن نفسه أنا نفسي أعمل حاجة تجمعنا تجمعنا إحنا المختلفون وتجمع اللي تقبلوا اختلافنا ونساعد بعض نعمل حاجات كتير دعم نفسي ..علمي..مادي؟!

انا بمر بظروف صعبه جدا بعد ظلم استمر ل 9 سنين بحاول اقوم من تاني حاسه ان مافيش حل غير اني الاقي شغل واشتغل ها دا سهل وانا معايا 3 أطفال حاسه ب إحباط والكلمه هتفرق جدا

الأول التعافى من القديم دهومهم لانه هو أحد أقوى الاسباب اللى موقفك ثانيا نحط خطة للبطولات بالتدريج وبما يتناسب مع ظروفك ثالثا وأهم شىء البعد عن جلد الذات واللوم
