FITNESS & NUTRITION complement each other. To lead a healthy life it's important to take care of both these aspects. While Fitness is all about staying active, Nutrition is about what you eat, when you eat and how you eat.I intend to spread awareness and share with this community all that i have learnt over the years as a Fitness Coach and help people stay fit and healthy.
I've been noticing that my abdominal area seems quite saggy and I have some stretch marks. It's making me feel self-conscious at times, and it's affecting my confidence. Can anyone suggest which exercises might be most effective for toning this area?

Hi there, I hope you are well. It's great to know that you are planning on to take up exercise in your daily routine. However, spot reduction isn't possible with exercise, and diet. - It's great to exercise but you will have to train different body parts which shall help you in achieving a toned mid-section :) - Hence, I'd suggest that you start exercising under the guidance of an expert, you can do workout at home with the help of various apps available on Google Play. - Even better you can follow YouTubers like Burpeegirl, Growithjo, Ingridfit, Workout with mizi, growingannanas for some amazing workouts. - Include exercises like jumping jacks, lunges, squats, sit-ups, butt bridge, arm circles, plie Squats, sumo squats, donkey kicks, Russian twists, standing crunches, planks, pushups, tricep dips, to your routine. - Begin with 15mins, and you can scale up to 20mins, 30mins, 45mins, as per your comfort level. - Warm up before workout & cool down after is a must. Diet, exercises along with Acupuncture works wonders.I have been successfully treating it with Acupuncture and diet as it works on lymphatic drainage and detoxification of system
