كنتي معايا في اللايف حاولت ارد عليكي غالباً مكنتيش سمعاني ،مبسوطه انك تواصلتي معايا هنا وان شاء الله اساعدك . من اصعب المواقف في المواجهة والتواصل هي المواقف مع الوالدين وده نتيجة اسباب كتير اهمها الابتزاز العاطفي والنقد . في مهارات التواصل بنتعامل مع المواقف دي بالتدريج وبمجموعه من الخطوات عشان تقدري تعبري عن الحقايق اللي تعباكي،مشاعرك واحتياجاتك منهم بالتحديد ،وكمان تستعدي للرد علي اي انتقاد بمنتهي الثقه والإيجابية. تتقدري تدخلي معايا call في اللايف الجاي نتكلم بتفاصيل اكتر ونطبق مع بعض الخطوات علي المواقف اللي بتحصل معاكي ونتابع النتايج . مواعيدي كل يوم من السبت للخميس من الساعة٩.٣٠ ص:٢.٠٠ ظ ومن٠٠ .١١ م:١.٠٠

الحساسية وعدم الثقة بالنفس ليهم علاقة مباشرة ببعض،في مجموعه من العلامات تقدري تعرفي من خلالها هل عندك المشكله دي او لا لو عندك اكتر من ٣ علامات من العلامات اللي هقولهم -الانعزال الاجتماعي. -التردد وعدم القدرة علي اتخاذ القرارات . -الإفراط في الإعتذار ،المدح او شكر الاخرين. -تجنب التحدث للآخرين. -جلد الذات. الشعور بالدونية. -الابتعاد عن الفرص والتجارب الجديدة.

*من بين أنماط التواصل،التواصل السلبي وده يعني:- -صوتك منخفض ومتردد . -بتبصي في الأرض وانتي بتتكلمي . -مش بتقدري تعبري عن مشاعرك وافكارك. -مش بتقدري تطلبي حاجه من حد . -مش بتعرفي تقولي لأ لحد او ترفضي لحد طلب . *خليكي فاكره ان التواصل السلبي بيخللي اللي قدامك :- -مش فاهمينك . -مش عارفين يتعاملو معاكي . -وفي بعضهم هيستغلوكي وييجو علي مشاعرك واحتياجاتك . يا تري بتستخدمي أي نمط للتواصل مع اللي حواليكي؟!

هل اي شخصية عندها فرط حساسية يبقي معندهاش ثقة بالنفس أو تبقي شخصية ضعيفة؟! تابعوني بكره في live الساعة ٩.٣٠ صباحاً هنعمل إختبار فرط الحساسية وبعدها نتكلم عن تعاملاتهم وعلاقاتهم وازاي يتعاملو

عندك حق ده فعلاً صعب بس مع مجموعة من المهارات بيتم التدريب عليها بتقدري تتحكمي في انفعالاتك وتخففي حدتها في اسرع وقت عشان تقدري تاخدي قرارات حكيمه

دكتوره حضرتك اتكلمتي عن الشخصيه الحساسه وانا فعلا بعاني من هالشي من الصغر عمري٢٩وللحين عندي تحسس من اي نقد او كلمه جارحه وفعلا بحس انو عندي ضعف بالشخصيه مابعرف دافع عن حالي ولاافرض رايي ونفسي وخوافه جدا وبيوضح عليي هالشي
