actually it wouldn't help you to avoid them simply because you want to... it's better to concentrate on other things like your husband and children and try to give them more time and love you'll definitely overcome this temporary infatuation... if u think u did something wrong now... it's very common for long term couples to be attracted to someone outside their relationship but what matters is how you come back overcoming all these difficulties.
