Kira-kira kapan ya waktu yg tepat untuk memberi tau teman2 soal stigma yg melekat di kehidupan sehari2 khususnya sekolah? Masa iya kita ada penyuluhan setiap hari?

Biasanya kalo gak hari perempuan internasional kemarin, atau hari kartini atau bisa juga hari ibu. Hari ibu kan ada dua tuh, Hari Ibu untuk dunia dan hari Ibu di Indonesia beda tanggal. Penyuluhannya bisa dengan cara yg amat sederhana kalo gak ada hari-hari besar kayak buat panel komik short story di mading

Kalo stigma kan berarti kita dapat reaksi buruk dari orang lain atas apa yg kita miliki, lantas sama dong kalo gitu dengan diskriminasi?

Lihat dari definisi keduanya terlebih dahulu, stigma adalah prasangka memberikan label sosial yang akan mengakibatkan tindakan diskriminasi, yaitu tindakan tidak mengakui atau tidak mengupayakan pemenuhan hak dasar individu atau kelompok.

Saat menghadapi suatu masyarakat dan melihat perempuan yg mengalami stigma sosial, kita perlu fokus terhadap kemampuan dan potensi baik yg ada pada perempuan dibandingkan keterbatasannya, kemudian doronglah komunikasi inklusif dan tingkatkan pemahaman dan penerimaan.
