I want to laugh loudly . but my responsibilities and surrounding stops me to laugh.any solution?

You can take some time out where you could enjoy the most..you can spend good time with your friends where you can laugh without judgement or else you can spend time doing the things you want engage in your hobbies or just watch any comedy movie and laugh do what you love
