Seeing the people around me, makes me feel pressurized to do something for my mom. I don't think I need to do something to make her feel that I love her as she already knows it. Is it necessary to do anything special for your mom on Mother's day?
Hey I totally understand, feeling pressure when everyone around us is doing something is totally normal. But remember, it's not about them—it's about your relationship with your mom. Choose what brings happiness to both of you in the end. That's what truly counts

Standing tall at the iconic Gateway of India, I'm reminded of the strength within us all. In a society that often dictates narrow ideals of beauty, it's crucial to challenge these norms. Whether you're muscular, curvy, lean, or somewhere in between, your body is a testament to your journey, resilience, and power. Let's embrace diversity, break free from societal pressures, and celebrate the beauty of every body. Together, we can redefine standards and promote body positivity for all. 💪✨ @psychologist_sonali #BodyImageEmpowermentBeautyBeyondStereotypes

Apko ptha.... whenever Im feeling depressed or anything is not good in my day to day routine I just lovento go for shopping and buy everything and like in mall .. is't the best healing for me to get over from a bad mood or a tiff ,any kind of thing happening in my family which is making me sad so shopping is the best way to appreciate yourself to keep a smile on your face ,in front of everyone and it feels so relax when you unbox the things you shop today and I am full now and tell me what kind of things you do when you are sad ???
Hello, thank you for sharing this. It's so true that engaging in activities we enjoy helps us feel relaxed and better during stressful moments. Shopping serves as a short-term solution, but along with that, you should also focus on addressing the root cause of what is affecting your mood and work on that too.
