#PeriodTalk We all know from common knowledge that an ideal period lasts between 3-5 days. However, for some women periods can last for 7 days throughout their lives. This doesn't indicate that something is wrong. The ideal period length is the average you have for each period. A normal period day would be using 3-5 pads, or changing out your cup 3-4 times a day. More on the first couple of days when periods are usually heavier. If you have to use more than 5-7 pads during all days of your period and feel increasing fatigue it would be ideal to get it checked to ensure there is no cause for heavy bleeding and you don't have anemia as a result.

I was in high school back then and we had a kitchen garden at the back of our kitchen. The open space was quite large and we as children used to play there in our free times. One day while we were playing cricket, I was batting. When the ball was thrown at me, i hit it soo hard that it broke one of ny mom’s favorite plant. You should try a menstrual cup because it is more comfortable and eliminates the problem of stains. You can swim and do whatever you want, even during your heavy flow. You only have to change it when you feel that your cup is full

Yes it is a process and luckily awareness is the first step to it …. I mean I feel it’s ok for a woman to be a home maker or a full time working person in any case she should be respected , the bigger problem is until you start earning your own money no one at home is respecting you and mostly the men in the house…. They find themselves superior cz they earn …. If the men and others start respecting the home makers with enough staff & support too so what , but then there is someone who is taking care and is responsible for the smooth running of the house & plus so much enrichment in life emotionally, socially, there is family cz of a woman , there is support …. But well it’s not looked at like that anymore and hence women are out for their respect and identity and it’s almost a mandate …. Had it not been like that there could have been a genuine choice…. Where nurture & care is valued & so is a full time working woman …..
