I know someone, my relative actually. she started living separately from her husband because they had issues going on. They are now separate from 2 years I guess. The thing is I'm thinking why aren't they getting divorced officially. Why to remain connected legally if they have so many problems. I don't understand this idea of them. I'm completely confused. I believe, divorces can't just be accounted to a single gender. Earlier we were accustomed to the idea of adjustment from both sides men (maybe more from women than men but still from both sides to some extent) but nowadays i feel people are pretty impatient and ofcourse due to dating culture it has become harder to be monogamous. Earlier there was alot of stigma around Divorces and divorcees thus, people have been reluctant inspite of an unhappy marriage. Nowadays people and more aware about what they want n whar they don't and don't want to be stuck so i feel thats more of a reason.

Specially women need to give special attention from Menarche to Menopause to protect their well being. Balanced diet, exercises, good habits & timely medical intervention are four pillars for good health. It is commonly seen that women neglect their diet. Most Indian women are prone to develop deficiencies of iron, calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B and proteins. Some women are obese while some are very thin and/or malnourished. Women look after their family members very well. But they neglect their own health. They require balanced diet including millets, legumes, sprouts, green leafy vegetables, fruits, milk etc. This ensures good health, glowing skin and hair.
