Erkeklerde belirti oranı çok çok düşük,kadınlarda yüksek. Bu yüzden yılda 1 Smear testi yaptırmalı ve Hpv aşısı olmalıyız. Bu konuda malesef çok saçmasapan bilgiler dolanıyor ve her kadın Hpv olduğunda malesef kendini suçluyor. O yüzden hatırlatayım Hpv sadece bir virüs, uçuk gibi bağışıklık düşünce ortaya çıkanlardan. Bedenimizde böyle bağışıklık geliştirdiğimiz milyonlarca virüs var, önemli olan bağışıklıklığımızı güçlendirmek, bedeni desteklemek ve bedenimize sevgi vermek. #hpv #cinselsağlık #cinselyaşam

Top discussionEşim hasta yine covid oldu.. şimdi hastaneden geldim.. travmam var. Eşim Türkiye’deki ilk Covid vakalarından. Eve beyaz kamuflaj elbiseleriyle doktorlar ve ambulans gelmişti. Hasta olduğunda yaklaşık üç hafta hastanede yatmıştı. Sonra da kendini çok geç topladı. Bu sebeple hiç iyi değilim, umarım çok hızlıca toplar kendini… #covid #eş #hasta
